MEDICINE PARK CENTENNIAL 2008 COMMEMORATIVE COOKBOOK
Medicine Park celebrates it's Centennial in July of 2008. To commemorate this special event we have produced and published a special cookbook comprised of recipes from local residents and friends. The book is 90 pages of 8.5" x 11" high quality gloss paper and spiral bound for convenient use. It also contains a good bit of the history of Medicine Park and it's surroundings as well as numerous vintage photos. It is truly a "snapshot" of the past 100 years of Medicine Park and it's colorful residents.
Destined to become a collector's item - and one that will be cherished well into the next 100 years.
$6 from each printed cookbook sold benefits a special fund created specifically to purchase furniture for the town's new Community Center when construction is completed.

The success of our printed version of the Medicine Park Centennial 2008 Cookbook in printed, paper format inspired us to also produce it on CD for use in IBM compatible personal computers (PCs).
This CD Version of the Cookbook contains
additional historical photos
Our CD version of the cookbook features an impressive, new 3D Page Flipbook interface simulating the reading experience of paper based publications. You simply "flip" thru the pages as you would in a book using your mouse. It is self-loading and very user friendly. Simply insert the CD into your disc drive and allow a few minutes for the program to load. How long the program takes to open depends on the speed of your system. If for some reason the program doesn’t self-load due to particular settings on your individual system - we also have made the book available on the CD as an Adobe Acrobat Reader file (which is a free program most computers already have installed). But just in case, we even included the Adobe Reader program for you to install. It's that simple. With both programs, you can print out the individual recipe pages you need to start cooking.
