MAIN STORE POLICY

Most orders are filled and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. Some items may occasionally be temporarily out of stock. We will notify you and ship these items as soon as possible at no additional shipping charge. We'll drop you a note if there is to be any delay on your order. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Domestic shipping charges are calculated at check out and included in the final price of each item.

WHY DO SHIPPING COST SEEM HIGH?  Our BBQ Sauce is packaged in a heavy glass bottle. Each one weighing when boxed and packed nearly 2 pounds. So if you're trying to buy just one sauce, the shipping costs will seem fairly steep. However, the product is worth it. Because of the way the carriers like USPS price their services, it's much more cost effective to ship a 6-Pack of bottles rather than just 1. Give it a try, you'll see we're not trying to gouge ya, shipping heavy glass products is simply expensive.

MAIN STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Our Return Policy is fairly simple and hopefully clear. We want you to be happy with our products. The items we choose to feature in our store front are of the highest quality. If a non-food item does not meet your satisfaction or is defective, you may return it within 10 days for a store credit. Be sure to insure any returned packages. Shipping charges or costs are not refundable. All returned items must be in resalable condition in order for a store credit to be issued. A store credit will be issued in the amount of the item's last sale price . Absolutely no returns accepted after 10 days.

FOOD PRODUCTS - Since everyone likes and dislikes different flavors, and BBQ sauces are a complex mix of unique flavors we are not able to replace a product if you simply don’t like it. We try to give you enough detail for you to make an informed decision about the product. That being said, if we make a mistake, we’ll fix it:

• If we ship you the wrong product, we will replace it.
• If a product is broken during shipment, we will replace it.
• We ship with USPS Delivery Confirmation - so if a product is lost in transit, we will replace it

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Please be sure of your purchase on the following items as exceptions cannot be made:

• There are no returns on food items. All sales are final.
• There are no returns on artisan's items unless damaged in shipment and verified by the shipping company. All sales are final.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Although we pack every item as carefully as possible, occasionally an item may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us thru within 10 days of receipt.
